As far as information goes (schematics, parts list and service manual) the answer I've got from logitech (after a month and a half) was: -Unfortunately, is not possible to provide this information as it's private and proprietary. -
It happened when accidentally the wrong wall-mart psu was used with the Touch (was 12V). Happened to other guys as well.
