Unlikely anyone has them. I doubt even Logitech itself had schematics or parts list for both Touch & Radio as their production was completely outsourced and Logitech never offered repairs for them.
Ahm... nope. The hardware engineer was sitting in the same office as the SlimDevices marketing guys, QA etc. And Logitech does have its own production facilities where later SBs were built (starting with the Classic).
