First - Always provide details on your setup so that user can compare. Before worrying about voltages - look to software.
IIRC Touch has a safety "watchdog" which needs to be reset regularly otherwise system will reboot. This may be happening. Since you are using EDO you are not using a standard version of Touch. If you are using USB DAC then it may be source of problem - I'd advise doing testing with a clean version unmodified SBT and play ordinary files and see if problem happens. If reboot problem doesn't happen with standard unmodified SBT then issue is with EDO and USB device.
