Now, I might be wrong but in this screen you need to tap the bottom line as the Explorer is not being utilised. EDO should re-start the Touch. If you want , you can un-install EDO, it's a bit of a faff, a few restarts, but just about 5 minutes. Let me know if you want a guide, there is one on hear somewhere.
