Yes G+N mode and 2,4 Ghz not 5 Ghz so both 2,4 and 5Ghz must be active, you may want some of the new stuff you own on 5 ghz .
Router affecting internet speed ? I don't think so , but bad wifi on the router if the computer is on wifi yes ? Where I LMS running ? Can you ping the squeezeboxes ?
