Presambly the Touch . Maybe just try , if it works it would be much slower , in my experience phones do charge from USB ports when conected but not at all at the same speed as the real charger .
And Touchs USB port is not particularly powerful , it fulfills spec . But have problems with for sample hardrives that use to much current , so there is not much extra oumpf.
