I would advise caution. AFAICT in theory it is possible but we don't have have circuit details. If circuit designed very conservatively then battery could charge very slowly. But - if battery to be charge is LiION there is a possibility battery may be damaged if not charged properly. If device being charged tried to draw more current than available then internal fuse etc. may be tripped/damaged.
