I own a Magni. It has RCA input -and- output jacks. So, you can run RCA from the Touch into the Magni, and then out of the Magni's RCA out jacks to the receiver. The Magni volume will affect the output to the receiver, and that may need to be adjusted when you switch from headphones to the receiver. To avoid the volume control issue for the receiver, you could use an RCA "piggyback" cable that would allow you to connect the Touch output to the Magni and receiver inputs via separate cables. (One input to two outputs is fine; just don't do it the other way.) You must use the RCA outputs from the Touch, as the Magni and the receiver need a line-level signal. The speaker jack provides an -amplified -signal, which may damage the other components and also will include characteristics of the amp in the Touch. OK?
