Well I would hold off on device resets at this stage.
Can you please be specific about what settings you are configuring and where... For example in your previous thread you say... "I have the settings in LMS set to put all my Touches to sleep when not in use and display the time." So exactly what settings in LMS? I think this is a 2 to 3 stage process... 1. Configure in the menus of the Touch itself for Screensaver behaviour for each state the Touch can be in (Play, Paused and Stopped) 2. Install/enable in LMS the PowerSave Plugin (which if your other Touch's are working must already be done) 3. Configure in LMS PowerSave behaviour for each Player.
