Well, that's a bit unfortunate, and apparently they settled for JIRA.
I'd be interested to know more about the customizations and UI issues 
they had with Trac, but I only found A. Kuchling's notes so far [1].

Let's make Trac even better so that in one year or two they feel 
compelled to switch again :)

PS: in case anyone feels tempted, trac-devel is not the place to argue 
whether that was a good or bad decision. It's _their_ decision.
