It sounds like there's been enough volunteers to help with getting
Roundup to meet their needs that the PSF is now likely to choose it.
Roundup and JIRA had been the top 2 choices, but they were offered free
hosting for JIRA which apparently was a major factor since they
wouldn't have to worry about the maintenance.  Now there has been an
offer for Roundup hosting, so as long as everything goes smoothly I
believe that they will be going with it as a Python-based solution.
