Funny, I don't think XS4All, the main Python.org hoster, would have mind
putting up a bugtracking instance.

But ok, I can understand it in a sense that they would like to minimize the
maintenance. Which I also find somewhat ironic, given that Trac maintenance on
average takes me like 5 minutes for upgrades and so and other than that the
occasional spam that trickles in despite SpamFilter. It's not a timesink.

But anyway, no need to drag this on. *goes to check which tickets he could
work on*
