Hello Again! In 15th August i sent an email [1] pointing out the need for a new trac release in debian's sake :)
In debian trac is group maintained by the debian pkg-trac group [2], in witch i am the lead maintainer (even though Otavio makes my uploads). Debian's release is planned to happen by September, but the freeze (the end of new uploads and bug count drop) will happen in the next week. So, with the lead Trac Debian Package Maintainer hat on, i came by this mean request a bugfix release for trac 0.11 so that we can have all the current fixes to this version shipped in debian (debian releases are anually). Debian tries to be the most reliable linux distribution in terms of security and stability. The importance of debian for trac is shown by popcon [3] where we can see that debian's trac package has more than 1300 installations [4] (submissions to popcon are optional). So i think as a commitment to those users, you should collaborate with debian and release 0.11.1 "for debian", by the end of this week. In this way, i can package an upstream approved version (and not some svn revision) before the freeze.
