Trac should not live by releases of unrelated software, like some Linux 
distributions.

And by looking number of open tickets, I really doubt there will be 
0.11.1 before mid August.

A bit misleading information...

There is 2197 installations done at some point, but both share around 
200 regular use installations and rest that don't use it regulary 
(according to stats)

This a misleading information:

Installations: 1232 (that's not more than 1300 :D)
Regular users: 246
Not regular: 857
Upgrades recently: 128

Get more people to fix bugs and submit patches. That's the only way to 
speedup Trac development. Note that there is many more users out there 
that uses Trac...
