Hi Alec,
The unified flowchart looks good, but I wonder if this means
that you want to merge the NewTicket and Ticket modules, as
well as merge the newticket.cs and ticket.cs templates
(the latter merge being very much needed).
The proposal looks great and I'm looking forward to test
the new developments :)

P.S: in the unified flowchart, the blue boxes are very
small and the blue text is quite difficult to read...
