That is definitely the plan, there is a great deal of duplication
between the two. I'll probably create a base class with common code as a
first step, then see how much pain there is merging the two templates.
That's a good opportunity to make the 'preview' of a new ticket creation
render as a ''normal'' ticket (but without the attachments, change history
and add comment parts).
Currently the preview only previews the description, not even in
the yellow box...
