I use Trac 0.10b1 on an internal server for development. When tickets are created, it appears that there is no way to get Trac to send out mails, but we would like to do this so that when someone files a ticket and it starts assigned, that at least the person assigned to it gets the message.
I'm not sure why it is acting this way because my attempts at looking at the source code seem to suggest that the notification system is getting called on ticket creation, but I don't see anything ever come from that.
