Just grab the Fx developer toolbar and turn off JS and CSS, you'll find
Trac works decently well. Some thing like the nav bar are a bit
different (vertical list instead of a horizontal bar), but the markup
has good semantics without styling. This is good not just for text-mode
browsers, but also things like screen readers and other assistive devices.
