I can't find it explicitly mentioned anywhere (which probably gives me
my answer) so I thought I'd ask here for a definitive answer...

Is ticket notification an all or nothing endeavor in Trac?  More to
the point, can I - as a single user on the system - turn off
notifications while allowing others to be notified if they choose?
