We checked the translations in the po(and mo) file, it seems that only the strings in some type of tags(such as title) can be i18n. But we need all string in the template files are translated. e.g. trac/prefs/templates/prefs_general.html:15 msgid "Full name:" Event this message is tranlsated in the mo file, it can not be displayed properly in the browser.
