Thanks Eli -- I've been trying to work with the
AdvancedTicketWorkflowPlugin but have had no love, log says:

ERROR: Skipping "advancedworkflow.controller =
advancedworkflow.controller": (can't import "cannot import name
check_call")

Hmm. does this plugin require Python 2.5? We're running Python 2.4.4
here.

Thanks,
-Lewis
