Hi, We are using TRAC now and we have a project that has several special Software deliveries (branches). A Problem found in one special(branch) has to be analysed if to be solved in other branches. To trace this I want to clone tickets. I found a plugin on (http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/CloneTicketPlugin) , but the information is very limited. How can I install this plugin?
Then we use the MasterTicket plugin (http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/ MasterTicketsPlugin) to follow the status of each tickets. Thanks in advance.
