If I do something wrong on a ticket and submit, it gives me an error. OK, that's fine, I'll just use the back button, fix the problem and resubmit. But I can't get back to the ticket edit page, it is gone. Now I have to re-type EVERYTHING, and hope I didn't make any new mistakes.
This is incredibly unfriendly behavior. People are going to make mistakes. Programs need to help the user, not slap them in the face.
