I was able to build the directory structure I needed.

We have just discovered that TocMacro is not working for us because of a URI
embedding problem.

If I create:

Page1/Page2

and try to add Page2, the Toc entry on the right points to:

Page1%23Page2

and when you click the link, it tries to create that page, because of
course, it does not exist.

How do we resolve this problem so that automatic links generated by TocMacro
point to

Page1#Page2?

I saw a trac bug for this, i think, but I didn't see a resolution.

This is a show stopper for us.
