If you have not solved this issue yet, I tell you that the problems
you mentioned dont happen to me. Please take a look at the page [1]_
where I used Toc macro and see the results by yourself and pls let me
(us) know if this is what's happenning to you ... Dont know ... any
comment will be fine since nothing even similar to what you are saying
is happenning to me ... :S
