Ooops ... I apologize here ... I was confused. When I was talking
about TocMacro and I was actually talking & thinking about PageOutline
vs TitleIndex ... ;S ...

Excuse me for this little gap ... :( ... pls forgive this poor old dev
... who was mistaken ... once upon a time ... :( ... and still inblove
with Trac ... :)
