I've been following the instructions on http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracOnWindows with no avail. My problem is that after I install python, and SetupTools, I can't install Genshi or Trac itself. I get an error like "Could not create ..." followed by a file name like Genshi-py2.5 plus two "Could not set key value" errors.
I know of an existing issue mentioned about 64bit python but I have the x86 python so I don't think that's my problem. I also tried the all in one installer. That ran with no problems but when I try to run subversion or trac, windows complains about unknown filenames. Do I need to include something in the PATH? This is becoming increasingly irritating. I need to assess the usefulness of this program for the company I work in and if the installation process is this hard to use, I wonder how hard it is to use the application itself. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Trac Users" group.
