I *think* that with normal configuration, the e-mail comes from Trac and
a simple replie goes to Trac and is handled by e-mail2trac.  While it
might be some work, I don't think that there's any reason the e-mail
couldn't be *from* whoever initiated the change with a reply-to of the
email2trac service.
