What's the difference between this and RepositoryHooksSystem plugin ?
FWIW, RepositoryHooksSystem provides extension points for implementing
VCS hooks as Trac components

... and works with 0.11.

If no difference (and if there's a chance to get it done)

Q:
  - would you consider to enhance existing ticket updater
in there | provide another component , so as to add
     the functionality you implemented ?
  - would you consider porting the features in RepositoryHookSystem
to 0.12 ? Probably Not a hard work after

Everything mentioned above are invitations to collaborate in order to
offer the functionality in a single plugin for both Trac 0.11 and 0.12
(considering that , AFAICS, TracTicketChangesets seems to include a
subset of the features provided by RepositoryHookSystem , CMIIW ;o)

to do it in July after holidays ... (hope you understand ;o)
