AFAIK not all , for instance, RepositoryHookSystem allows users to
configure VCS hooks using an admin panel ;o) . But basicly it's the
same idea. Both approaches offer a way to implement hooks by extending
(so far incompatible) interfaces

Ok , but just in case , would it possible (licensing , ...) to add
similar components in RepositoryHookSystem plugin so as to backport
this functionality for 0.11 (even if somebody else -me?- does so) ?
