Thanks for the response, Olemis - 

I have just refreshed the view of Roadmap that I left running - and the 
original milestone still doesn't show up. I added another just now, and it did 
not either, nor did the current or yesterday's milestone actions show up in the 
Timeline, which is always seeming a good bit out of date. I haven't done 
detailed monitoring, but it feels like the Timeline is about as far out of date 
as the timezone difference from GMT... I'll do more explicit tests today.

That makes me think that browser rendered the page in the cache. What
happens if you do the same things and immediately after (reload |
refresh) e.g. roadmap view (or any other where milestones are missing)
in the browser ?
