If I do not allow set_owner, there there is no control for the owner to be changed. But I want that control. What I do not want is for the default value to be the person who is modifying the ticket. I want it to be the owner the ticket already had. The reason for this is that you me be entering a comment or changing some other field, and not even looking at the status field. Without knowing it, when you save the ticket, you also become the owner.
