As I mentioned before, the error seems to be coming from the acct_mgr egg and 
_not_ the standard trac code.  Can you disable/remove that egg from your test 
system and verify that the issue goes away?  Also check if there is a newer 
version available (according to http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/AccountManagerPlugin 
a new version for 0.11 was released 26 August)
