I could also live with having 'owner' in the ticket properties section, but 
would like a pull-down menu available of authenticated users.

In Trac 12.2-5, I would like the capability to change the Owner of a ticket in 
the Action section of a ticket (much like the 'reassign' action), but I don't 
want to change the status of the ticket. 

Can this be done?  If so, how?
