Well, I applied that patch of http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/11413 to our 1.0.1 but it does not solve it completely. You can now enter a value like "18:00" but when leaving the field it changes to "06:00". The slider of the picker is still not 00:00-23.59.
Since this is a productive environment I'm not sure whether this is a good idea to change to "near" stable v1.0.2 Regarding the second thing: Even if I explicitly set the language to "German" the about page still displays everything in English.
