Hello,
Thank you for that. Note the My123 in [email protected]  is not a 
ticket #...its just a reference to external contract#. The address 
[email protected] would create a new ticket and I want the My123 
in the keywords or my custom field or added to subject line.

Can that be done?

If not how can I go from
[email protected] 
to
New ticket: Subject: MY123
