looked at it again and it looked like I had an ignore domain in there that
it say and was dropping the example.com.

I will keep you posted.

Again thanks for the patience and most excellent assistance.

I will try an upgrade on a VM tomorrow to see if I can replicate the
destructive permission change problem and if so I will drop in a ticket.
