Oh, sorry. I misdirected you.

Rather than "wheel install" you should have run "pip install", with all the
same options as I specified. But since you've already run "wheel install",
you can get the same result as "pip install" by additionally running:

$ wheel install-scripts trac
On success it will return silently.
