Glad it's working. AuthzPolicy is used to limit access to some resources. 
Let's say you want different permissions to access /wiki/WikiStart vs 
/wiki/AdminInfo.

There's a file pointed to be [authz] authz_file. If you share the contents 
of the file we could look at what it's trying to do. I assume the policy 
must revoke all permissions for some pages, explicitly granting WIKI_MODIFY 
but not ATTACHMENT_CREATE.
