When accessing some changeset(s), NOT ALL, trac does not respond anymore and finishes with “Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.” on the web client side. Looking at the consumed CPU, trac.cgi uses almost 100%.
The following messages have been logged in httpd/error_log and in trac.log
