Which release of Trac are you using? Very large changeset may take a (very) long time to render, and may even exhaust the physical resources on your server. Does this error occur on such large changesets or randomly, whatever the changeset size?
The upcoming release (0.10) comes with a new feature to limit the maximum size of a changeset view, see http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracIniMacro#changeset-section ps: please avoid posting in HTML, this makes your email difficult to read.
