Hi Chris, I think the TimeTracking you suggested is exactly what I need. I am requesting CVSDude add this to my account.
I think the last two metrics are most important for our team.. Finish date and estimated finish date of tickets isn't important. Only finish of the milestone, and we already have that feature with the milestones in TRAC
