Sound like alot of work... and as usual, I need it in a day or so :)

Personally I would vote for deadline day since it's more easily
handled than arbitary days (like it is workdays or calendar days,
those differ quite a lot).
You could create your own report to produce output wanted, or even
complete report engine by using plugins.
It's just up to you. :D
