This is not really possible for now. I guess this could/should be part of the future "workflow" features that will be introduced after the release of Trac 0.10.
A workaround could be to assign the supervisor as the default owner for all the components, and set the "always_notify_owner" config option. This way, the supervisor will receive a notification for any ticket he has not assigned yet to another member of the team. Cheers, Manu. On 8/23/06, Rainer Sokoll <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
Hi, we want to use trac for our internal helpdesk. My question: I want the helpdesk supervisor (the person who assigns the new tickets to the appropriate collegue) to be notified when a new ticket arrives. I can do this by setting smtp_always_cc. But it makes no sense to still notify the supervisor about ticket changes once the ticket has been assigned to another person. Is there a way to accomplish that with 0.9.6? Or maybe in future versions? Rainer _______________________________________________ Trac mailing list [email protected] http://lists.edgewall.com/mailman/listinfo/trac
