[tracker2] Tracker2 ad-on board and Alinco DR-135

I Have two questions

What does one need to connect a hocky puck GPS to this radio, is there power at 
the rear db9 port  
Does installing this board in the radio, disable the mike functions, because 
nothing works with the Mike now. Thanks
