Bob, I have successfully used a Tracker 2 with the Kenwood TM-732A, so if 
you decide to use this configuration after all, just let me know and I can 
provide the pinout details.   Basically, I plugged the OT2's TX audio and 
PTT into the TM-732A's mike jack and the RX audio into the 1/8" speaker jack 
on the rear of the Kenwood.  It worked like a champ.  Ken W7DYX
