You have helped me with my question.  I cannot connect the 2T-301 directly to 
the computer because as I understand it the pins are not compatable.  Will have 
to get the cables.  Should have researched this more before making my order.  I 
am new at this.

I plan to use it as a tracker in my vehicle. I have UI-view with my D-710 as 
fixed or portable.
