Hold on there. If you have the T2-301, you CANNOT use the FC301D software to set anything on the radio. The two serial ports are for the OT2. You use the OTWINCFG to setup the basic OT2 and run a terminal program if you want to set the power and XMT and/or RCV frequency. By default the TX/RX frequency is set to 144.39.
Use SETFREQ ttt.ttt rrr.rrr Where ttt.ttt is TX and rrr.rrr is RX. i.e SETFREQ 144.390 144.390 Use SETPOWER pp Where pp is the power level from 0 to 99.
