[tracker2] Tracker2 , garmin nuvi 350 and yaesu FT-1500

I am new to APRS and would like to know if anyone uses the tracker2 with a 
garmin nuvi 350 and yaesu FT-1500 mobile. I need to know what cables to get to 
make these work togather and who makes them.
