I wrote up that Wiki entry rather quickly after figuring out the process
through what many people had posted here.  Please feel free to add your
experiences to the Wiki.  Anything to make it more clear and workable is
welcome, I'm sure.  These things are easier to find there in the Wiki than
spread out in group posts.
